Biotherm, Helena Rubinstein & Lancôme, three l’Oréal brands, launched a new service towards the point of sales in Belgian stores. In order to inform vendors about new products, trainings and other services they communicate on an intensive way via print, e-mail, newsletters and sms. These communications are centrally driven by an online integrated CRM platform.
With the help of MojoMedia this online CRM platform was created, tested, installed and integrated into the strategy of these brands. This online CRM tool bundles info about the stores and vendors. Based on these data the tool enables to launch specific communications towards specified groups of persons and this by means of an integrated newsletter tool or sms service. In addition the tool has the possibility to organise contests by sms where the results are automatically calculated and attached to the competitors profile.
Besides this tool MojoMedia launched online enquête pages and data collection for Biotherm.
